Netgear has launched a Wi Fi router called Orbi with a promise to “get you all of the Internet that you are paying for.”
The Orbi Triband Wi Fi System has been built with recognition that your Net cable and computer may not always be at the center of your home. So the Orbi places one Wi Fi unit where the Internet comes into the home and another centrally to extend fast Wi Fi access to more of the home.
Netgear claims Orbi helps prevent buffering and lag by creating a high speed Internet superhighway for all of your devices.
The Orbi Tri-band Wi Fi System works with your current ISP’s modem to maximise the speed you are paying for,so there will be no more dead zone, and no dropped connections through the walls.
The Orbi Home Wi Fi System reaches up to 4,000 square feet through WiFi barriers like walls, stairs and doors. If you need more coverage, the company says, you can add an Orbi Satellite to instantly expand your reach.
