Ayla Networks forms strategic alliance with Smartvue

Santa Clara, California, May 18, 2017:  Ayla Networks, a global Internet of Things (IoT) platform for manufacturers, has formed a strategic partnership with Smartvue Corporation, a provider of IoT video services, to integrate Smartvue video technology with the Ayla IoT platform. As a result, manufacturers of Ayla-powered IoT products will be able to easily incorporate value-added video services into their connected products, said a press statement.

“This partnership with Smartvue will allow IoT product manufacturers and IoT service providers to bring revenue-generating video services to market quickly, securely and cost-effectively,“ said David Friedman, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Ayla Networks. “Ayla delivers end-to-end platform services for connected products, and the enterprise-class video services from Smartvue represent a next-generation enhancement of our IoT platform.”

Smartvue’s IoT video services, an end-to-end platform-as-a-service solution, supports connected devices that require video capture, security, transport, cloud storage, management, analytics and distribution in a simple and elegant interface, cost-effectively delivered at scale worldwide to almost any device. The Smartvue platform uploads 89 million minutes of video to its Cloud and is backed by an industry-leading portfolio of 60 utility patents.

  • Singular point of consumer account management and control
