The Florida, US-headquartered TrueNet Communications is one of the leading provider’s of infrastructure planning, engineering and design, build, and technical support services to the wireless, wireline, enterprise and energy markets throughout North America.

TrueNet Communications President and CEO Frank Del Col, said, “Industry pundits had foreseen the need for a purpose-built network whose core function is to power the Internet of Things, but until now, no one had put together the nationwide spectrum necessary to deliver on that vision. M2M Spectrum Networks will be the first and only dedicated and licensed machine-to-machine network in the nation.”

This contract follows on the heels of TrueNet being selected this January by one of the country’s leading CATV MSO’s as its National Program/Project Manager for WiFi deployments. The arrangement calls for TrueNet to manage M2M Spectrum Networks’ network build-out including logistics, construction, provisioning and commissioning.
